2What does an authorised reseller actually add that Google direct doesn't?
A proper Ringgit tax invoice with SST and MyInvois e-invoicing, done-for-you email migration, correct domain and security setup, billing in MYR instead of a USD credit-card charge, and a local team you can reach in Bahasa Melayu. Google direct leaves all of that to you.
3Can you give us a proper Malaysian tax invoice and e-invoice?
Yes. We invoice in Ringgit with SST clearly stated, and we issue a MyInvois-compliant e-invoice for the LHDN mandate. Buying direct from Google gives you a US receipt that many Malaysian finance and audit processes will not accept.
4Will you migrate our existing email for us?
Yes. We move mailboxes, contacts and calendars from whatever you use today - cPanel webmail, Microsoft Exchange, Zimbra, or another provider - and cut over with no lost mail. Migration terms depend on the number of mailboxes; ask for a quote.
5Do you support in Bahasa Melayu?
